This recipe is for Ice Cream in your home ice cream machine!
I altered the recipe to make it healthy and fun!
I have a new machine that you just freeze the canister and then add your ingredients to it and turn it on and you have soft serve ice cream in an hour!
But, this recipe will work for any type of machine you have.
Ingredients you'll need:
1/2 gallon of chilled unsweetened coconut milk (organic)
1 can of chilled seltzer water flavored or unflavored
1/3 cup to 1/2 cup of organic agave or xylitol
2 tsp. Watkins natural extracts flavor of your choice available on my website
In a bowl add your milk and agave and Watkins extract and stir until blended.
Add your can of seltzer water first to the machine, next fill it the rest of the way with your coconut milk mixture. Turn on machine according to directions. Will make soft serve ice cream. Ready to eat. Left overs can be frozen in a freezer safe container. The harder it gets it will form a sandy coating. This does not harm the ice cream. Taste just as yummy as it was soft serve. Enjoy!
Happy Eating,
Marsha
