Ham Loaf and Cheesy Macaroni

1 pound ground pork and ham
3/4 cup milk  1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg  1 tablespoon instant tapioca
1/2 teaspoon horseradish prepared
In large bowl, mix togethr first ingredients. Blend well. Place mixture in loaf pan bake at 325 for 1 hour.
In a small bowl stir sauce ingredients. Pour over ham loaf and bake another 30 minutes. Basting occasionally.
Let stand 10 min. Slice to serve.

 Sauce 1/2 cup ketchup   2 tablespoons packed brown sugar  1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Cheesy Macaroni
1 package white cheddar cheese
2 cups milk   1/2 cup Parmesan cheese   1/2 cup cubed American cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper    7 oz. package macaroni cooked according to package directions.
1 1/2 cups of the ham loaf
1 cup frozen green peas

In a large saucepan add all the cheese and milk. Heat over med. heat until cheese is melted. Add macaroni, ham and peas; cook, stirring until heated through. Serve hot.
