Spinach, Bacon and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients: 1 large bunch organic spinach leaves 
3/4 cup sliced organic mushrooms
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup croutons
4 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
Dressing of choice
In salad bowl combine spinach, mushrooms, and bacon; toss. Top with croutons and eggs. Pour dressing over top and serve.
I like Watkins Gourmet Snack & Dip Seasonings to make my own salad dressings.
Use Bacon and Horseradish with buttermilk and mayo for a creamy dressing. Or mix the Watkins Garlic and Dill, or Cucumber and Dill with plain yogurt for a delicious no guilt dressing.
